SYDNEY, May 21 (Reuters) – Elon Musk’s social media platform X Corp has admitted to noncompliance with an Australian regulator request to provide information about its measures to stop child exploitation, lawyers for both parties said on Thursday.
“The respondent admits that it contravened the Act,” said Christopher Tran, a lawyer for the eSafety Commissioner, referring to Australia’s Online Safety Act, in a Federal Court hearing.
